Terms of Use

By entering the premises of any of our venues, you understand that photographs and/or video will be taken to document the night's event and that these images may be used on the web or in advertisements solely to promote "Diva Royale", its affiliates and no where else. You also understand the nature and content of this production show. During certain acts in the show, patrons from the audience are brought on stage to participate in various routines. These "appearances" may include suggestive dance moves, a kiss on the cheek, physical contact, or a harmless spank. It's all in good fun of course, but if you feel that any or all of these examples may offend you or someone in your party, please make us aware of your declination to participate in these activities if, or when asked.

We are not responsible for any inapropriate language or behavior by our staff or any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep any personal items secured or with you at all times. Cameras are not allowed in the showroom so please leave them in your Hotel rooms, home, or vehicles. You may have your pictures taken with the cast at the end of the performance. We have the camera, film, and even the photo jackets, all we need is you. If you are missing something, please notify the management immediately. We'll do our best to help you locate your property.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to attend the show and a government-issued photo ID is required to enter the club regardless of age. No person under 21 years of age may consume alcoholic beverages and as a safety precaution, guests under 21 are required to turn in their IDs and may be asked to leave when the Diva Royale Show ends.

Guests will not be permitted to enter the club if they are visibly intoxicated and will have to reschedule their show tickets for another night when they're sober. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject anyone from the premises due to disorderly behavior without issuing a refund.

When you book your show tickets, we charge your credit card for the full amount immediately. The charge that appears on your credit card will be from Diva Royale. The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes 8.75% tax charges plus 4.19% credit card processing fees. Once Tickets or Private Events for any Diva Royale show are purchased all sales are final. There are no refunds available, no exceptions.

If you choose to purchase general tickets you are subject to wait in the line outside anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour, the earlier you and your party arrive at the door, the sooner the bouncers will let you in. We strongly advise you to get to the club at least a half hour before doors open (7:00pm) in order to avoid missing any part of the show.

Locations & show venues are subject to change at any time without notice. When there is a change in the performance venue, we immediately post it on the official Diva Royale website: www.DragQueenShow.com It is your responsibly to check back this website on the day of the show or/and provide us with a valid mobile phone number in the event we have any last minute changes to the show or venue. These terms apply to all venues and locations. Some Locations require a (2) drink min. per person.
